Levons Technologies offered placements to 11 MBA students of Baba Farid College of Management and Technology

After placing 6 students in Tech Naitra, Baba Farid College of Management & Technology (BFCMT) placed 11 more students of MBA-III Semester in Levons Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It is a pioneer and leading Web solutions company which provides total IT solutions like: Website development, Search Engine Optimization etc. The college is getting attraction of large corporate houses not only from Punjab but from other states also. In the forthcoming days many placement drives by the leading organizations in diversified areas have been lined up for the students.

The selection process of the company included 3 rounds with a Personal Interview followed by Group Discussion and In- Depth Interview. The students appeared for the same with full enthusiasm and zeal which was appreciated by the interview panel. They really appreciated the way students answered the questions from Marketing and Finance field and related the practical aspects with theoretical concepts. The students kept on waiting for the results with fingers crossed and finally 11 students were offered placements by the company. The names of selected students are: Anu Lata, Balram Sharma, Gurpreet Singh,Nirmaljeet Kaur, Parteek Pahwa, Raj Singh, Rajpal, Rajvinder Singh, Sahil Garg, Vikramjeet Goyal, Yogesh.

Dr. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal- Chairman, Baba Farid Group of Institutions congratulated the students as well as the Faculty members. S. Dhaliwal mentioned, We have dedicated this year to Skill Development and the focus would be on providing practical insights rather than giving only the theoretical aspect in the entire curriculum. On the parallel lines, we regularly organize Industrial Visits and Guest Lecturers from experts in Industry & Academia to align their skill set with the latest developments in the industry. This is worth mentioning here that the MBA students have experienced the Guest lecturers from the faculty of IIMs in various fields of management studies. Recently, we had organized a guest lecture by Mr. Varun Aggarwal (Managing Director and CEO) of Profit idea Pvt. Ltd. on Share Market & Share Trading to provide the practical insights regarding stock markets. We will keep on take initiatives which are directed towards making students industry ready and employable in their respective fields. I congratulate all the students and wish them all the best for their bright career ahead.
