+6 MBA Students of Baba Farid College of Management and Technology got Placement in Tech Naitra, Mohali

The Placement Season-14 at Baba Farid College of Management and Technology (BFCMT) has kicked off on an overwhelming note. The college is getting attraction of large corporate houses not only from Punjab but from other states also. The institute has always succeeded in accomplishing the objectives of providing knowledge and professionalism to its students. That is why the Institute has been attracting recruiters from diversified areas like: Information Technology, Banking & Financial Services, Retail, Media and Power etc. The list in current year may be even larger with Tech Naitra, being the first company to visit the college in Placement Seaon-14. The company offered placements to 6 MBA students who are yet to appear in MBA 3rd Semester University Exams.

Tech Naitra is a leading company which provides technical services like: Website Design Development, Software Development, Creative Graphic Design, Logo Designing, Social Networking Platform and Search Engine Optimization etc. The company got an overwhelming response from the students and as many as 25 students of MBA appeared for the same.

The recruitment process of the company included Group Discussion (GD) followed by Personal Interview. The panel was so impressed with the professional behavior and the level of knowledge gained by the students during their curriculum. They really appreciated the practical approach of the students while answering tricky questions during the interview and 6 students were offered placement. These are:

Dr. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal- Managing Director, BFGI congratulated the successful students as well as the Faculty members. S. Dhaliwal mentioned that The students have got final placements in advance, when almost 1 year of their studies is still pending. This has become possible due to our continuous focus on grooming of students coupled with practical approach in Teaching Methodologies. To sharpen their skill set we focus primarily on Seminars, Personality Development and Communication Skills. On the parallel lines regular industrial visits and guest lectures are also organized for them from time to time. Moreover, we have been organizing Job Fair to provide job opportunities to our young talent in leading organizations in which many students got placement offers in companies like: Connect, HDFC Securities, Baja Capital etc. With such initiatives directed towards the development of multi dimensional skill set of students, we will definitely achieve our objective of providing 100% Placements .
